Cancellation Policy
At Sincerely Monee Esthetics, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will result in a 50% cancellation fee. NO-SHOWS WILL RESULT IN 100% PAYMENT OF SERVICE BOOKED and will be required to pay-in-full to rebook.
