NEW CLIENT FACIAL | 75 MINUTES
Your skin journey starts with understanding your skin.
Service Description
Designed exclusively for first-time clients (men and women), this 75-minute experience gives us the extra time needed to get to know your skin before we treat it. Your appointment begins with a comprehensive skin consultation where we’ll discuss your current skin condition, concerns, goals, lifestyle and existing routine. From there, your facial will be completely customized based on what your skin needs that day. Following your treatment, you’ll receive a personalized home-care guide with professional recommendations to help you confidently care for your skin between appointments.
Cancellation Policy
At Sincerely Monee Esthetics, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will result in a 50% cancellation fee. NO-SHOWS WILL RESULT IN 100% PAYMENT OF SERVICE BOOKED and will be required to pay-in-full to rebook. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, and timely cancellations allow us to maintain this standard.
