Cancellation Policy
At Sincerely Monee Esthetics, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window and no-shows will result in a 50% cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, and timely cancellations allow us to maintain this standard.
